These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, as they are applied to agreements entered into and to be preformed entirely within Florida. Any action you, any third party or Possibility Pictures, LLC bring to enforce this agreement or, in connection with, any matter related to this Site shall be brought only in the state or federal court with substantial experience in the entertainment industry and shall follow Florida law in adjudicating the dispute. In any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable form this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
